There are three different applications for coaching with Tim Key Pro Fitness. The design of each application caters to a specific type of athlete and a specific type of training. To learn more about the different training programs visit the Programs portion of Tim Key Pro Fitness.

Wellness
Designed for the professionals (people who work a 40+ hour workweek) to help you incorporate an active life style into your busy schedule.

Running
Focus for the competitive runner trying to reach the next level. This includes athletes who want to run their first 5K, as well as experienced marathoners.

Triathlons
Training for three different disciplines can be overwhelming, and this package helps athletes implement a training program to meet racing goals and still have a life.

Getting Started

If you wanted to take a journey would you do it without a map?

Better health, fitness, and nutrition is a journey. I take the time get to know each individual.

From here we work together to develop a plan that fits into your daily life. Whether your goal is to loose five pounds, run a marathon or climb a mountain. Each athlete is evaluated and then given a schedule that works for them.

Your schedule is posted through the TK Pro Fitness website. You have the ability to access this at anytime with your own unique log in.

You also have a built in nutrition and workout log which Tim monitors and provides feedback to each day.
